I loved being steps away from the amazing Casino Monte-Carlo and enjoying the easy access to the fine Oceanographic Museum of Monaco. The beautiful surroundings and calm vibe added to the overall charm of my visit.

We loved the pool area, and the Kclub was a hit with the kids. We visited two very nice places showcasing everything from Baroque to contemporary music. The staff was friendly, and having direct access to leisure activities.
One downside was that the drinks were overpriced. After a long day out, we found the prices at the bar quite high.

Good hotel, but be aware that all the services are not free, like parking for 38 euro, breakfast for 40, which was ok

The room was spacious with a large comfy bed, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed some downtime by the gorgeous outdoor pool and the spa with all its calming treatments. Just a heads-up, the chair in our room was a bit wobbly, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

Service was the best in all of France. It is a beautiful facility, luxuriously appointed.
Pool was closed for renovation. Unable to get treatments at the spa.

The location is fantastic; a discreet entrance but just metres from Casino Square. Every member of staff was incredibly professional, polite, and courteous from the moment we turned into the driveway and were greeted by the doorman to the moment we left. Having opened the car doors to greet us, our bags were taken directly to our room, whilst the check-in procedure was the most pleasant and efficient we have experienced, including being accompanied to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our deluxe room was not huge, but impeccably presented with probably the most comfortable bed ever experienced and B&O TV (not that we used it); the bathroom fantastic, with a great shower, deep bath and Hermes toiletries to enjoy. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff; greeted by name when extracting and returning our car throughout our stay by the doormen and concierge who were happy to recommend decent routes for day trips into the mountains, and whilst expensive, the bar was fantastic with a great cocktail menu and perfect service. We ate dinner once in the restaurant; it was superb. Breakfast was a fantastic experience with all the professionalism of an evening service. We had originally intended to stay at the Hotel de Paris but a few disappointing reviews prompted us to try the Metropole - it was fantastic on every level, and we will no doubt return!

Lobby
No swimming pool , poor beach arrangements , in a luxury hotel concierge is key to make or break you trip in terms off ability to book in hot places in our case it was not the case.

Staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Quality of everything was superb.
We knew it would be expensive.....but it was a shock to find even a bottle of water from the mini-bar was 6 Euro!

The Beautiful Junior Suite was elegant and spacious. The bed was super comfy. It had a classy touch with upscale amenities. A minor letdown was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities. A few more complimentary snacks would've been nice too. Still, the room's overall vibe was luxurious and cozy.

Everything was very good from the staff to the room, lovely bed and well laid out room. It was in a great and stunning location a short walk to Casino Monte-Carlo. Plus it was a short walk to a casino and restaurants.
